My open face turkey sandwich is filling, hight in protein, low in carb, and very low in calorie. It has a great chipotle mayo to keep it exciting for low calorie meals but packed with fresh and flavorful ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice Squaw Bread
  • 6 oz Deli Turkey Breast
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce

Chipotle Sauce

  • 4 tbsp Cilantro
  • 60 grams Light Mayo
  • 120 grams Light Sour Cream
  • 7 grams Chipotle Pepper Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Toast Bread

Chipotle Sauce

  • Chop up cilantro.
  • Combine chipotle sauce ingredients.

Build Sandwich

  • Add 15 grams of chipotle sauce to bread.
  • Add tomato.
  • Add deli turkey breast.
  • Add as much lettuce as wanted.
  • Wrap in aluminum foil to hold sandwich together.
