  • 3/4 cup Ragu low cal sauce
  • 112 grams Lean ground turkey
  • Red Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Basil
  • Parsley
  • Spray Butter

  • Rinse noodles in water
  • Cook ground turkey with the seasonings
  • Combine with sauce and noodles in pan
  • Spray with spray butter
