This is protein french toast that will blow your mind. Every weekend I make this for breakfast and it satisfies my sweet cravings from the week. Just like regular french toast but a few different ingredients and way less calories!

Egg Whites

Zero Calorie Sweetner

Protein Powder

Zero Sugar Maple Syrup
Instructions
Mix egg whites, protein powder and sweetener together.
Soak bread slices in liquid until soggy.
Spray pan on stove with pam over medium heat
Place and cook bread in pan
Flip bread once first side is cooked
Plate, pour syrup, enjoy!
