This is protein french toast that will blow your mind. Every weekend I make this for breakfast and it satisfies my sweet cravings from the week. Just like regular french toast but a few different ingredients and way less calories!

  • bowl
  • spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 3 slices White Bread
  • 3 1/2 tbls Egg Whites
  • 2 tbls Zero Calorie Sweetner
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 225 grams Zero Sugar Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mix egg whites, protein powder and sweetener together.
  • Soak bread slices in liquid until soggy.
  • Spray pan on stove with pam over medium heat
  • Place and cook bread in pan
  • Flip bread once first side is cooked
  • Plate, pour syrup, enjoy!
