This is protein french toast that will blow your mind. Every weekend I make this for breakfast and it satisfies my sweet cravings from the week. Just like regular french toast but a few different ingredients and way less calories!

- bowl
- spatula
Ingredients
- 3 slices White Bread
- 3 1/2 tbls Egg Whites
- 2 tbls Zero Calorie Sweetner
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
- 225 grams Zero Sugar Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Mix egg whites, protein powder and sweetener together.
- Soak bread slices in liquid until soggy.
- Spray pan on stove with pam over medium heat
- Place and cook bread in pan
- Flip bread once first side is cooked
- Plate, pour syrup, enjoy!
